Ask us for more information. PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERS We can contact your previous pharmacy and/or your doctor to have your prescriptions transferred to us. Ask us how to get the process started. MEDICATION REVIEWS Sit down with your pharmacist one-on-one to better understand your medications and when is the best time to take them. Appointments are available in our private counseling room or in your home. DISEASE MANAGEMENT We can work with you and your doctor to help better manage your chronic condition. Whether it be diabetes, respiratory conditions, hypertension etc., ask us how we can work with you to improve the management of this condition. BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING Our in-store blood pressure machine provides accurate readings for blood pressure, heart-rate and weight. These readings may be stored in your private account for printing at home or at your doctor's office. BLISTER/COMPLIANCE PACKAGING We can help you or your loved ones manage medications better by packaging them in weekly blister packs. We will help you to choose times that best suit your needs and the appropriate time to take your medication. DELIVERY SERVICE We would be happy to bring your prescriptions to you whether you live in Stonewall or one of our surrounding communities.
