PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS * Have a pharmacist renew a prescription or provide you with a refill extension if deemed appropriate, to help you avoid any interruptions VACCINATIONS & IMMUNIZATIONS * Our injection-certified pharmacists can administer most immunizations, travel vaccinations and certain medications. * Click on the “Select-a-Service” dropdown above. * (Flu vaccine, HPV, Shingles, Other vaccines/injections) MINOR AILMENTS As of January 1, 2023, as per regulations your pharmacist (Intekhab) will be authorized and ready to prescribe medications for 13 minor ailments that include: * Allergic rhinitis * Candidal stomatitis (oral thrush) * Conjunctivitis (bacterial, allergic and viral) * Dermatitis (atopic, eczema, allergic and contact) * Dysmenorrhea * Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) * Hemorrhoids * Herpes labialis (cold sores) * Impetigo * Insect bites and urticaria (hives) * Tick bites, post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent Lyme disease * Musculoskeletal sprains and strains * Urinary tract infections (uncomplicated) OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATION * Review or assessment of over the counter medications, natural health products, or vitamins to ensure they are positively contributing to your health. * Speak with one of our pharmacists.
