FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do you take my insurance? We accept the vast majority of Ontario insurance plans including Manulife, Sun Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Great West Life and others. Just bring in your drug card, either a physical copy or an image, and we will be happy to help! Can you fill my prescription if it is at another pharmacy? Yes! To transfer your prescription to our pharmacy, tell us which medication you need and the name and phone number of the other pharmacy. The process typically takes 10-20 minutes. Speak with one of our pharmacists for more details. What are your wait times? Our wait times are typically 10-15 minutes. Can you request a refill from my prescriber? Absolutely! Tell us which medication you need, which prescriber you are seeing, and the fax number to send it to. Can you order my medication? Yes! We are able to order medications in 1-2 business days. We can also order over the counter items and supplements. I am out of my medication and I cannot contact my doctor. What are my options? Our pharmacists are able to extend certain chronic medications. This would entail completing a short assessment and providing you with a supply of medication to last until you are able to see your prescriber. Speak with one of our pharmacists for more details.
