When Refresh Health & Wellness Sherwood Park, Alberta opened in 2009, we began as a day spa, providing you with a relaxing environment that nurtured, pampered, and soothed your body and spirit. Today, Refresh is much more. Over this past several years, we've grown our staff from 8 employees to 20 employees. We’ve also expanded the services we offer, transforming into a complete wellness centre. Our health services include Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Dietetics. We also offer Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression, Laser and much more.
