Sign on the door says no clinic doctor until 12:30 today Wed Feb 7th

You guys need to get your stuff together there is 2 hours till you close and i am really sick came to you guys twice yesterday and today and both times said you wouldnt take me and the waiting time was only 30mins and i live 5mins away how that work....Very Dissapointed

The website said 0 minutes wait time, and I waited 23 minutes. I tried to pick "15-30 minutes longer" from your menu, but it kept switching my choice to "15-30 minutes shorter". You should really fix that!

Horrible experience today when i walked-in for a flu shot for my daughter who is 4 years old. First i ask for the flu mist which i got there last year and they say they only have the vaccin so i said ok. She said wait time would be between 30 to 45 min, turns out 1h30. Calls us in the doctor room then the receptionnist comes back saying that the doctor who is usually comfortable giving the vaccin to kids isnt there and that the other doctor present are unaware of the proper dosage. So to me first of all this totally unprofessionnal to let us wait fot that amount of time to finally realize that the smart doctor isnt in. Then for the other "doctor" to not even know the proper dosage for kids when you are a family clinic and turns out only one doctor is able to do it. Plus they couldve easily call a pharmacist or other doctor to confirm dosage... just RIDICULOUS service. About 6 doctors in there walking around and not one is even able to give a toddler a flu shot?? Not impressed.

Was at tillicum medical (a 2 hour wait) and saw burnside was 30min wait. Drove the 2 blocks and was told it was now an hour. It has now been 2 hours and waiting
