Dr. Sonvir Brar was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. She then moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic. Growing up Dr. Brar was involved in playing many sports, specifically soccer. She faced a few injuries, and thus values the importance of prioritizing your body. Her goal is to help patients get back to doing things they love. Dr. Brar specializes in Diversified technique and incorporates soft tissue therapy, cupping, and rehabilitation exercises into her treatment. She has experience in treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and conditions.

Dr. Sandhu has over 5 years of experience treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in a range of patients including high-level athletes, post-natal women, and senior citizens. Having endured injuries as a former athlete, he has a strong interest in athletic performance and rehabilitative exercises. He utilizes an individualized evidence-based approach to improve function, relieve discomfort, and empower patients to take an active role in their health.
