BackgroundDr. Reena Mistry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, with honours from the University of Guelph and then went on to complete her chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls, New York. She also obtained a certification in Medical Neurofunctional Acupuncture, from McMaster University. Dr. Mistry aims to empower people to reach their health goals and get them back to doing what they love. She strives to understand what motivates each of her patients and uses this to develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. Treatment includes hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation and exercise, as well as patient education.
