Jackie is a Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist offering 1:1 virtual nutrition counselling services across Ontario. She takes a weight-inclusive approach with her clients and empowers them to make sustainable, long-term behavior change to improve their health. Jackie works with kids, youth, and adults and can support clients with the following areas: Chronic disease management (ie. diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, fatty liver), bone health, mindful eating (emotional eating, body acceptance, learning to listen to internal hunger/fullness cues), digestive issues (constipation, diarrhea, IBS), PCOS, general healthy eating, meal prep and planning, picky eating, Autism, ADHD, MS, arthritis.

My mission is to empower my clients to make sustainable, practical lifestyle changes that you'll be able to continue long after we're done our work together. We'll turn your goals into long-term habits by taking baby steps together. You will feel supported and cared for in a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment with a weight-inclusive approach.
