Lina Zhu is a versatile healthcare professional, holding registrations as both a Massage Therapist (RMT) and Acupuncturist (R.Ac). With honours in Massage Therapy and extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she offers a unique blend of skills. In the field of RMT, Lina applies evidence-based skills in soft tissue treatments, effective pain relief, and personalized care for Facial & Scalp Massage and Reproductive Health Massage. Her extensive experience includes providing therapeutic support during pregnancy and postpartum periods, contributing to sports events, offering care for seniors dealing with chronic pain, and providing healing services at BC Women's Hospital.

Alysha graduated from Vancouver Career College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021. She has completed nearly 3,000 hours of academic and hands-on training to earn her diploma in massage therapy. She is able to work with patients to create the most effective treatment by tailoring to each individual's needs and preferences. Her personalized approach to health care aims to promote positive changes in each patient’s health and well-being, and educate them to become more aware of their body through home care stretching and exercise. Alysha incorporates Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and gentle therapeutic stretching.

Ruby aspires to provide a safe and approachable experience on how massage can best support a person's mental, emotional, and physical health. That could show up as more time towards a specific area, uplifting or energizing treatment, some take-home exercises to try, or information for their wellness journey. Ruby has worked with people of diverse backgrounds, including athletes, patients with spinal cord injuries, cancer in remission, office and trade workers, and students.
