After watching family members suffer from various ailments she was inspired to seek out massage therapy to be able to provide pain relief and restore function. Through her practice, she hopes to motivate others to take charge of their physical health, believing you are never too young or too old to start.
Ingrid is certified in the Dr Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage which focuses on addressing swelling as a result of cancer treatment, injuries, surgeries, sinus issues, intense exercise, and post-concussion symptoms.
