Initial consultation
I practice both osteopathy and massage therapy. In my massage sessions I do only a few tests before moving to treatment. My style employs a wide range of techniques including applied fascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy among others. These treatments are ideal for relaxation/general wellbeing as well as for specific issues and maintenance.

Highlighting some of the providers that work at this clinic
Mr. Byron HardieMassage Therapist
BackgroundI grew up on the West coast, on Vancouver Island in a fisherman family. Before moving to Montreal, every summer of my life was spent on one boat or another fishing commercially. After graduating with a degree in Philosophy from University of Victoria in 2011, I decided I was ready for a big change and decided to move to Montreal with the goals of learning French and discovering a new career. I graduated as a certified massage therapist and started working professionally during the summer of 2013. After a few years of enjoying massage therapy and wanting to take my bodywork to the next level, I decided to pursue Osteopathy at the Collège des Études Osteopathique.
