Dr. Saffari is passionate about treating the root causes of chronic pain, along with an interest in women’s health and emotional well being related to mental health. She believes in building a compassionate connection with her patients by listening to their unique story, and enjoys educating them about their mind and body, to empower them in building healthy living habits in order to become the best version of themselves. Using and advocating an array of evidence based tools, with a focus in pain management, she practices hands on physical medicine, including regenerative injection therapies, physical manipulation, acupuncture, botanical medicine, dietary counselling, as well as nutraceutical and pharmaceutical treatments.

As a Naturopathic Physician and mother of two, I practice comprehensive family medicine. I believe in finding the root cause of illness and using the healing power of nature to support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellness and healing. Treatment therapies that I utilize are counselling and mindfulness coaching, nutrition and lifestyle management, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and cupping.

Founder of Oak Integrative, Dr. Gansner is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who believes in the benefits of a broad-based approach to medicine and empowering individual health and wellness. As a naturopathic physician, she adopts a science-based, holistic approach to healthcare and incorporates a complete medical history, focused physical exam and laboratory testing to assist in the diagnosis. Dr. Gansner's preferred treatment modalities include: nutrition and lifestyle counseling, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and physical medicine. In addition to her medical training, she has completed her IV therapy certification and pharmaceutical prescription license.
