It is our passion to provide a personalized comprehensive eye care experience in an environment that is welcoming and equipped with the most up to date technology. We are dedicated to preserving and enhancing your vision to the highest level possible. We are a locally owned and independent eye care centre. Our optometrist uses the latest technology to examine your eyes for glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and other vision stealing issues. We will find a prescription to suit your needs and give you the best vision possible.

Background
Dr. Vroom was born and raised on Vancouver Island and attended the University of Calgary Bachelor of Science program. She then went on to receive her Optometry degree with honours and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Sciences at the Illinois College of Optometry in 2012. With her schooling, Dr. Vroom was given the opportunity to complete externships in ocular disease and low vision at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs hospital, and children’s developmental vision care in Wichita, Kansas. After finishing school, Dr. Vroom moved to Alberta to practice optometry before moving to Kamloops in June 2018 to set up her practice within the Optiks International.
