About
I practice both osteopathy and massage therapy. In my osteopathic sessions, I typically spend about 1/3 of the session length performing various functional testing to find the most important structures to treat, then follow up with encouraging a better expression of health in the relevant areas. These treatments are best if there is a specific issue for consultation but can also be preventative or for general maintenance.

A gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum, to promote healing and reduce pain.
