I practice both osteopathy and massage therapy. In my osteopathic sessions, I typically spend about 1/3 of the session length performing various functional testing to find the most important structures to treat, then follow up with encouraging a better expression of health in the relevant areas. These treatments are best if there is a specific issue for consultation but can also be preventative or for general maintenance.

BackgroundI grew up on the West coast, on Vancouver Island in a fisherman family. Before moving to Montreal, every summer of my life was spent on one boat or another fishing commercially. After graduating with a degree in Philosophy from University of Victoria in 2011, I decided I was ready for a big change and decided to move to Montreal with the goals of learning French and discovering a new career. I graduated as a certified massage therapist and started working professionally during the summer of 2013. After a few years of enjoying massage therapy and wanting to take my bodywork to the next level, I decided to pursue Osteopathy at the Collège des Études Osteopathique.
