MEDSCHECK 

* Appointments are available to review your medication therapy. We recommend a

review annually or if there are significant changes in your medications or

health. Medication reviews can also assist with any planned hospital

admissions, such as surgery, or when you are discharged from hospital.

* Transferring your prescriptions to us is quick and easy. 

* Fill out a transfer request online to have your prescriptions transferred

from your last pharmacy or call us to take care of the file transfer.

* Submit your refill request online to easily order your prescription refills.

RENEWALS

* We can send a prescription renewal request to your prescriber. Also, we can

provide an extension, if appropriate, to help you avoid any interruptions.

* Our injection-certified pharmacist can administer most immunizations, travel

vaccinations and certain medications.
