Have had three sessions of active physiotherapy with the physiotherapist as of now and plan to keep going. He is really great at explaining the many core and strength exercises and very patient while I attempt to do them. It's a very exhausting, through and rewarding workout. I really feel and hope this will help me to achieve my goal of core strength.
