Ms. Ann SzczepanskiPhysiotherapist
BackgroundI use a hands-on individualized approach with education to promote understanding of your injury, body and potential. I bring an aspect of mindfulness to my practice creating a psychologically safe environment for questions, learning and helping me understand you. This environment allows us to optimize what we do in our sessions. Having gone through the process myself as I lost weight, I know how difficult making changes is. Daily changes are a key component of treatment. I hope to work with you to integrate exercise into your routine, make lasting changes for injury prevention and improve your confidence and ability to self-manage care.
