Collaborative Therapy provides psychotherapy services for teens, adults, couples and families. We offer in-person sessions in Mississauga and surrounding areas, and we offer online psychotherapy for residents of Ontario. We support clients by providing therapy for depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and more.

We provide tailored therapies like talk therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families. At first, we build trust and create a safe space really understanding your needs and concerns. Next, we create a personalized plan with suitable methods designed to empower you.
