Sarah has worked in a variety of roles including work with at-risk children and youth, volunteer team management, tour-guiding, as a professional artist and more recently as a full time mom. She is warm, intuitive and loves to help people as they journey through both mundane and extraordinary circumstances. Sarah views most issues through a systems lens and understands the importance of advocacy, education and equipping for those who interact with her clients. Therapeutic models she integrates include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Focusing and Family Systems Therapy.
