UBC Okanagan Campus - Psychology Walk-in Clinic (Mental Health)
*Counselling sessions only, we do not provide diagnostic services or prescriptions. No Medical Doctors on staff*
Do you reside in British Columbia? Are you 18 or older? Are you struggling with a mental health concern? The University of British Columbia Okanagan Psychology Walk-in Service offers no-cost, single-session, brief (up to 30 minute) interventions. Sessions are conducted by clinical psychology graduate student clinicians under the supervision of UBCO Faculty Registered Psychologists.
Clinicians provide support with stress management, sleep, self-care, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, substance misuse, coping with academic demands/stressors, and offer options for connecting to additional resources where available.
Virtual or in-person sessions are available at the UBCO Psychology Clinic, located in ASC 167 with or without an appointment, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 am and 3 pm from September to June, excluding campus closures.
