They called me and told me the doctor  would call between 8am and 4pm, I waited all day and never got a call from the doctor. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They never called me. I tried calling them 20minutes after my scheduled appointment and their phone lines were closed for a hour. Called twice more and got sent to voicemail where only family practice patients could leave a voicemail

Staff were excellent as was the Doctor, she was thorough, kind, and very helpful, would certianly go back if required

Was able to get me in quickly and provided great care.

The doctor didn’t even call me even though my appointment was confirmed online. And when I tried to call the office it went straight to voicemail which was full.

Very impressed with the speed. Getting to put my name on the waitlist before I arrived was helpful and minimized the wait time. Accurate wait time as they predicted.

I don’t have a family doctor and I was able to get an appointment with Pure Care for the same day.  Staff was friendly, overall a good experience.

I was in the waitlist for an estimated wait of about 4 hours for a doctor to call me, but no one ever called me

good quick access to a physician; clinic hard to find as it is in a pharmacy so the address looks wrong but is in fact correct.

The Dr wrongly prescribed my child’s medication by 3x the dosage and now the pharmacy can not get the Dr office to resend a proper prescription.

I was really impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the doctors and staff.

Had issues with painful swallowing, throat pain, inflamed insides and was prescribed medication for stomach acid. Good thing I did my research prior to starting the medication. 

Reached out to the clinic and asked why I was prescribed this. They had another doctor call me back and confirm this is likely not the right medicine for me. Scary to think about.

Was very happy to be able to talk to a Dr. Nelson and get help. Me and my daughter were having a bad fever for 2 days could not open our eyes or even couldn't see myself leaving the house to see a Dr. I appreciate the care we received from Dr. Nelson over the phone. Since we started the antibiotics we are feeling a little better. Thanks for everything.
