LifestyleRx - Diabetes Reversal Program
LifestyleRx offers a 12-week diabetes reversal program run by physicians and covered by provincial health in BC, Alberta, and Ontario. Our program is entirely virtual and is available to patients with prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes. You will see a physician for a series of 1:1 virtual appointments, as well as attend 12 virtual group sessions with other patients, where you will learn about key diet, exercise, and other lifestyle behaviours that can help you to potentially reverse your diabetes.
