LifestyleRx - Diabetes Reversal Program LifestyleRx offers a 12-week diabetes reversal program run by physicians and covered by provincial health in BC, Alberta, and Ontario. Our program is entirely virtual and is available to patients with prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes. You will see a physician for a series of 1:1 virtual appointments, as well as attend 12 virtual group sessions with other patients, where you will learn about key diet, exercise, and other lifestyle behaviours that can help you to potentially reverse your diabetes.

Registered Clinical Counselor
Janice completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2009 and her Masters of Social Sciences in Counseling from The University of Hong Kong in 2013. She began her career as an occupational therapist in a psychiatric hospital and later developed in pediatrics fields. She has experience in schools, private clinics, early intervention programs and with adults in inpatient. She is now a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario providing counseling services for clients suffered from different traumatic experiences. Janice is passionate to support her clients reframing their negative thinking, redesigning healthy lifestyle and promoting self-growth in life.
