"3-month-old baby who seems constipated?"

Constipation is a common issue for infants. Encouraging them to drink water and doing gentle exercises like "bicycling" their legs can help soften their stools. It's important to be patient as babies are still learning how to digest and pass stool. If your baby seems uncomfortable, it may lead to more spit-ups, but it usually isn't a problem as long as they are not losing weight. Returning to a previous formula may require a short adjustment period for your baby. Remember that digestion and bowel movements are new experiences for them, and they need time to learn.
