Baby of 6 and a half months has a cold with a congested nose. No fever. I am already doing nasal irrigation 4-6 times a day.

To help relieve nasal congestion in a baby, you can try using saline solution to clear their nose. Avoid using sprays or syrups with medication, as they can have more side effects and little benefit. You can also try gently cleaning your baby's nose with a saline solution and a tissue or washcloth. Encourage your baby to blow their nose or use a nasal aspirator if needed. Keeping the room temperature around 20°C (68°F) can also help prevent worsening congestion. Remember to avoid exposing your baby to respiratory irritants like secondhand smoke or dust. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
