Can chlamydia be contracted through simple contact with clothing already "infected" with the vagina?

No, you cannot get chlamydia from simply coming into contact with clothing that may have been contaminated with the bacteria. Chlamydia is primarily transmitted through sexual contact, such as sharing sex toys or direct genital contact. The bacteria can only survive for a few hours outside of the body, so the risk of getting infected from clothing that hasn't been washed is very low.
