Can I do the sinus rinse with the tubes? Is there a risk of dropping the tubes?

It is normal and there is no increased risk of the tubes falling out when doing a sinus rinse. However, it is suggested to use a smaller syringe or only use a portion of the rinse solution to minimize any potential risk.
