To my knowledge, there is no increased risk to your liver from consuming both an antidepressant and alcohol, compared to someone who only consumes alcohol, especially if you only do so on an occasional basis. The only risk, in my opinion, is to reach a more pronounced state of drunkenness with less alcohol consumption. I therefore recommend that you limit your alcohol consumption and follow your doctor's recommendations.
