Can I use the taro-mometasone 0.1% for eczema on my scrotum as well?

It is not recommended to use taro-mometasone cream on the scrotum as it may worsen the situation if it is a fungal infection. Instead, it is suggested to try using an antifungal cream like clotrimaderm twice a day for seven days. It is important to maintain good hygiene, clean the area with water and soap, and dry thoroughly before applying the cream. If there is no improvement after seven days, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
