Conception and COVID vaccine. I'm currently trying to conceive, and I heard of two friends who lost their menstruation.

The COVID vaccine has not been linked to a decrease in fertility or any complications during pregnancy. It is safe to receive the vaccine as planned. It is also important to start taking prenatal vitamins or at least folic acid in preparation for pregnancy, as well as to stop consuming alcohol and tobacco.
