Do you believe in the effectiveness of natural phytomed products for muscle pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatism ...? THANKS

Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to comment on the effectiveness of these products, as there are no studies to prove this effectiveness. Generally, these products contain natural active ingredients, such as white willow which contains natural derivatives of aspirin, which may explain why some people experience effectiveness when using these products. I therefore suggest that you first make sure that these products are compatible with any medications you may be taking, and then try one product (do not mix multiple products) for a certain period of time (e.g. 1 month) to see if it helps. If it does not help, I recommend that you stop using the product. Have a good day.
