Does my son's food allergies, eczema, and asthma allow me to not go back to work?

Having a child with food allergies, eczema, and asthma does not necessarily mean that you cannot return to work. Children seem to tolerate SARS-CoV2, the virus responsible for COVID19, well. Additionally, children with allergies and asthma do not appear to be at a higher risk. This is good news for parents in that situation.
