How do I know if I have worms?

To determine if you have worms, you can easily use a flashlight test. Shine a light on the anal area at midnight to see if you notice any worms. You could also try using a mirror or applying adhesive tape around the anus to try and catch any worms. It is normal to have sesame seeds in your stool if you have consumed them in the days prior. Feeling tired after a meal is also normal, especially if you have eaten heavy or oily foods, or if your meals are large. To alleviate itchiness, consider cleaning the area with a bidet after using the restroom, or using unscented wet wipes.
