Hello, it takes at least 14 days to detect Chlamydia and 7 days for Gonorrhea after a risky relationship. It would be best to wait 14 days to be tested for both. If you plan to stay with the same partner, it would be wise to have him/her tested as well. For Chlamydia and Gonnorhea, a sample is taken directly from the cervix or vagina. For the others (Hepatitis, syphilis, HIV), a blood sample is necessary.
