I am pregnant and I have caught COVID, what should I do for the sore throat?

To help relieve a sore throat, you can try taking acetaminophen (such as Tylenol) to help with pain. You can also try using throat lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend for local relief. Drinking plenty of fluids, either cold or hot, can also help. If you have a stuffy or runny nose, using a saline nasal solution can greatly assist. Resting and staying hydrated are also important for recovery. Unfortunately, sometimes all you can do is rely on time and rest to feel better.
