I cough a few times during the day, so in the evening my throat is irritated and I lose my voice. I have a lot of pain in my chest.

To reduce throat irritation and chest pain associated with coughing, it is recommended to reduce the amount of mucus in your throat. You can try using a product like Sinus Rinse™ or Hydrasense™ to help with this. Additionally, honey or a cough syrup with DM may help soothe throat irritation. Chest pain should improve once the cough is under control. If the cough persists for more than 3 weeks after the first symptoms or if you develop a fever, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
