I did a sinus rinse yesterday and since then my ears have been blocked.

It is possible that sinus rinses can sometimes cause ear blockage due to secretions moving around. You can try another rinse with a sinus rinse solution or take a decongestant like Tylenol Sinus to help clear up the blockage. Both methods may help alleviate your symptoms of blocked ears.
