I don't have any vaginal discharge, is that normal, does my vagina still clean itself?

It is normal for some women not to have vaginal discharge. This does not necessarily indicate a problem. The vagina is self-cleaning, producing mucus during the menstrual cycle. This is a natural process and nothing to be concerned about. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
