I don't know how to calculate my ovulation period and I am trying for baby #1, can you help me please?

To calculate your ovulation period, you can use a few methods such as tracking your menstrual cycle and looking for signs like changes in cervical mucus or basal body temperature. Ovulation typically occurs around 14 days before your next period starts. Having regular intercourse in the days leading up to and following ovulation can increase your chances of conceiving. If your cycle is not regular, it may be helpful to have intercourse every 2 to 3 days to maximize your chances.
