I forgot to take my pill last night, should I start a new pack without taking a break?

If you have forgotten to take your birth control pill, but have taken it consistently for at least 21 days, you do not need to start a new pack right away. As long as the hormone-free interval does not exceed 7 days, your contraception should still be effective. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out for more information.
