I had a cold 3 weeks ago. It turned into a cough after 1 week, and now I have a sore throat. What should I take?

To relieve a sore throat caused by nasal drainage, it is recommended to reduce the nasal drainage as much as possible and take a simple pain reliever. You can use a sinus rinse and take Advil or Tylenol to alleviate the pain. These steps should help improve symptoms within a couple of days.
