I have a rash of several small bumps all over my body that itch?

It is recommended to apply a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno, Glaxal Base, Cutibase, Cerave, or others as often as needed to relieve itching. Use a fragrance-free soap like Dove and avoid hot or cold water in the shower or bath. Avoid rubbing the skin too vigorously after a shower, and instead gently pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply moisturizer within 5 minutes of getting out of the shower. If itching is very bothersome, an over-the-counter antihistamine like Reactine can be considered. If the rash persists for more than a week or worsens, it is advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
