I would suggest trying another round of freezing with liquid nitrogen, but this time make sure to remove as much dead skin as possible beforehand by using a pumice stone. It may take a few sessions, spaced out about 2 weeks apart. Avoid applying anything to the affected area in between treatments, and simply focus on gently exfoliating the skin to help the treatment be more effective. Good luck with your treatment.
