I have been taking Cefadroxil for 4 days now and I have to take another for 3 days (7 days total). The pain is still present, is that normal after 4 days?

I recommend that you wait another 24-48 hours before consulting a doctor again. You can also trace the outline of the swelling/redness with a pen to better assess the evolution of your symptoms. The lack of improvement may indicate that it is not an infection.
