Based on the symptoms described, it is possible that you have blepharitis, an inflammation of the eye caused by a bacterial infection and/or dryness. I suggest applying a warm compress to your eye four times a day and using moisturizing eye drops to reduce dryness. You may also consider using antibiotic eye drops if necessary.
