I have tried Aveeno eczema cream, cortisone-based cream, and nothing has changed in 6 days. It stings and burns, I don't know what to do anymore.

It is recommended to apply vaseline on the hands before bedtime and wear cotton gloves to prevent the vaseline from spreading to the bed. Keep the vaseline and gloves on overnight and continue this routine until you see improvement. It is normal to experience some burning sensations on the hands, but it should improve over time. During the day, you can continue using the Aveeno cream if you experience itching. If this does not help, you can try using Eucerin Aquaphor cream as an ointment. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
