I use CanesBalance for bacterial vaginosis. My partner says he should penetrate me to help spread the cream everywhere. Is he right?

No, it is not necessary for your partner to penetrate you in order to spread the cream. Using the applicator provided with the product to insert it into the vagina is sufficient. Penetration could actually result in the cream ending up on the penis or being pushed out of the vagina.
