"I was wondering if it's dangerous/risky to go back on the contraceptive pill? Also, to take it continuously like I've always done?"

It is not more dangerous to start taking the contraceptive pill again than it was when you first started it. There are two options to restart treatment: start within 5 days after the start of your period, or start at any time in your cycle but use a second form of contraception for 7 days after starting. You can resume taking it continuously as you did before without any issues.
