I was wondering if there was any contraindication to using Helixia syrup for my 2-year-old child with children's Advil and Tylenol?

It is a good choice at this age because most other syrups, such as those for colds, flu, and cough, are not recommended before the age of 6. The effectiveness of homeopathic syrups, like Stodal, is questionable.
