There is no contraindication to using the Helixia syrup in combination with Advil and/or Tylenol for a 2-year-old child. Helixia is a good syrup, especially for treating a chesty cough. It helps to loosen secretions and soothe the throat with its consistency and honey taste. It is a good choice at this age because most other syrups, such as those for colds, flu, and cough, are not recommended before the age of 6. The effectiveness of homeopathic syrups, like Stodal, is questionable.
