I wash my hands often and they are extremely dry. Can you recommend an effective moisturizing cream for me?

I would recommend trying a regular hand cream to help with your dry hands. If that doesn't work, you could also try using a more intensive moisturizing cream like Prevex™, applying it before bed and wearing wool gloves to protect your sheets.
