In a 9 and a half month old baby, when can I cut drinking the south with 3.25% cow's milk (currently breastfeeding exclusively). And cow's milk, should I offer it before dinner or can I give it at the same time as its meal?

Doctor: Breast milk is still very important even if the baby is eating. I recommend expressing your milk and combining it with cow's milk. Start with a small amount of cow's milk and gradually increase the ratio of breast milk to cow's milk. Another suggestion (depending on what the baby is eating) is to give the milk first and then the meal. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
